• I understand the risks associated with the services listed on www.mindandbody-reset.com include, but are not limited to:
* Superficial bruising
* Muscle soreness
* Exacerbation of undiscovered injury
• I understand the importance of informing Egle Malciauskaite of: all medical or mental health conditions, medications I am taking, allergies, sensitivities, if experiencing pain in any part of my body, any undergoing treatment and if pregnant or trying for a baby. Also, to let therapist know about any changes to these. I understand that there may be additional risks based on my physical, mental and emotional state/conditions.
• I understand that the vibrations coming from the instruments used for sound meditation and sound massage (if chosen this service) may unlock emotions and energies gained through past experiences and buried deep within my consciousness. These emotions or reactions might be anything from feeling overjoyed to feeling sad. Therefore, I understand that it is my responsibility to inform Egle Malciauskaite of any discomfort I may feel during the sound meditation or sound massage session so she may adjust accordingly.
• I have been given a chance to ask questions about the service/s I have requested and my questions have been answered.
* The service/s I will receive are voluntary. By ticking this box, I release Mind and Body Reset and Egle Malciauskaite from all liability concerning soft tissue therapy, sound meditation, sound massage, Yoga practice, Reiki, advice given on self-massage, physical/fitness exercise and general wellbeing techniques and assume full responsibility thereof.
* To secure an appointment, full price for chosen service must be made at the time of booking.
* Non-refundable booking fee of £10 will be charged of a full price for the service purchased if the client cancels the appointment straight after the purchase and up to 48 hours before the appointment time.
* You have the right to reschedule your booking up to 48 hours prior to the appointment with no extra fees. If an appointment was not cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours notice we have the right to charge you 100% price of your purchased service. This includes no response to therapist via mobile phone or at your door at the appointment time. You can notify us about the changes via business mobile +447869310602 simply sending a text message or email info.mindbodyreset@gmail.com.
* You can only reschedule your appointment once in a row and up to 48 hours prior to the appointment otherwise you will be charged 100% of a full price for the service purchased.
* Massage treatments only: the client commits to prepare 2.5m x 2m space in the room they would like for the massage treatment to be carried out. The client understands that the massage treatment can only be carried on the massage table provided by the massage therapist and not their own couch/bed/mattress or floor. Failing this, the therapist has a right to charge you 100% of a full price for the service purchased.
* If you had to reschedule your appointment due to COVID-19 or any cold symptoms and fail to inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment time, we reserve the right to charge £10 of a full price for the service purchased. These appointments can only be rescheduled and not cancelled.
* In case of any type of inappropriate behavior shown by the client towards the therapist, the therapist has the right to leave client’s home even if the service requested is not fully completed. In this case the client will be charged 100% of a full price for the service purchased.
* The therapist has a right to refuse proceed with the service/s requested if suspect a client being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In this case the client will be charged 100% of a full price for the service purchased.
* All services purchased, has expiry date of 3 months.
